Dear Lorry Drivers ...

Today we've been having a busy day.  Among other things we went to see "Frozen" at the cinema (which is awesome, by the way), and on the way we stopped off at a local motorway bridge for a quick 15 minutes of waving.

Fortunately the traffic picked up a little from the point at which I took the picture
Waving off a motorway bridge might sound like a peculiar hobby, but it's something we've done periodically for years, and the kids love it.  I have to admit that despite being a grown up, I still find it quite exciting when someone waves back, or flashes their lights, or honks their horn (or, in the case of one very exciting lorry driver this afternoon, all three!)

So today's score was 102 waves - not bad for a quick 15 minutes on the way to the cinema

So, to fully finish the title:
Dear Lorry Drivers,
If you see a slightly crazy lady and a group of small children waving at you from a motorway bridge, please wave back, or flash your lights, or honk your horn (if it's safe to do so!).  We would very much appreciate it.

Thanks.
